Self check-in was easy, and the apartment felt warm and comfortable. It’s outside the actual center, but the area is handy for shops along the main road, including a bakery across the street. Restaurants and bars are about a five-minute walk away. There’s private parking behind an automatic gate, plus video surveillance. The apartment was clean and is only 300 meters from Saint Claire Hospital, which makes it a good choice if you need to be near the hospital. Anika was available for questions and things we were missing, like dishes or blankets. The surroundings are nice for walks, including with furry pets, who are welcome. Best regards.

Mrs. Anika is helpful, knows her stuff, and sorts out problems quickly. We had a lovely stay at Residence Laura, and our furry friend was welcome too, which I really appreciated. The decor felt more suited to the mountains than the seaside, though.

The second apartment seemed warm, but when I moved the bathroom linens from the first one, I found there were no bidet towels. I asked the same lady about them, and she said there was no bidet in the bathroom, or in any of the apartments. That was the last straw for us. We left after just an hour, and it was probably better for everyone. We had arrived that afternoon, but the first apartment was so freezing that it felt like the North Pole. My husband called the person in charge to explain, and the lady tried to fix it by moving us to another apartment. There were other things that struck me as odd. The first apartment had a four-burner stovetop that was rusty. In the second, there was a small fridge under the sink that didn’t work, as well as a full-size refrigerator. I wondered why they didn’t replace the unused one under the sink with a cabinet. At a quick glance the apartments may seem acceptable, but looking more closely brings out a number of flaws.

We’ve come back for the third time. The apartments are spacious and peaceful, and the place is quiet and near the beach. The staff are great, and the four-legged caretakers are very sweet. 😺😺😺
