Just a short stay, but a lovely experience. The hotel is close to the airport, and they were very helpful arranging an early taxi.

We booked through booking and received a code to get in at night, which sounded convenient. But the code didn't work, and nobody answered the phone. Being stuck there at 11:30 PM was really unpleasant. In the end, thankfully, we found somewhere to stay at a nearby hotel. I hope we get our money back.

I stayed here for over two months. It was a nice, clean place, and Manager Ms. Monica was very helpful.

The rooms are well laid out and the cleaning service is excellent, but the management is terrible. They use a WhatsApp number that I don't know how many people answer, apparently thinking everyone is stupid. We paid over a thousand euros in person, and they still wanted payment for a room a week in advance. They take the money a week ahead, too. The director, manager, and owner all seem to use the same number, hahaha. Good luck to all the staff, that is, the one person.

Customer service was quick to respond on WhatsApp, which I really appreciated. The apartment was a pleasant surprise: clean, spacious, and with comfortable beds. There were TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, plus a dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge. Shampoo and shower gel were provided for all five of us. The dishes were basic but enough. Bring your own napkins, sharp knives, and sponge, though. A cleaner comes every three days. Restaurants are nearby, and Turin is about a 25-minute drive away.
