For Liguria, this felt above average. The accommodation is modern, new, clean, and nicely furnished, with all the kitchen appliances and essentials. It also comes with a pull-out bed and two sofa beds. The terrace stays lovely and cool in the evenings, perfect for sitting out. The setting is quiet, but convenient for the town center and beaches. There’s free private parking off-site, about a five-minute walk away.

The parking lot is across the street, so it isn't the most convenient setup. Still, it's a private space the owner makes available to guests, which means no parking fee and no circling around trying to find a spot. We were there for a short Easter break. The apartment is quiet and has the basic things we needed, including dishes, cleaning supplies, a washing machine and a drying rack. It's small, but nice and new, with a pleasant terrace. The sea is about a 10-minute walk away.
