We couldn't sleep: there were no curtains, and pigeons at the window. When we left, I was still in my pajamas because the room had to be cleared out quickly, and I wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom while it was being cleaned. The trouble started after we arrived. The owner had said we could check out at 1:00 PM the next day, but when we wanted to have lunch in the kitchen, which had been available for breakfast with food we'd bought ourselves, she came in angrily and said we couldn't use it and had to leave that morning. We'd paid €50 for a double room, but weren't given a receipt, and had to ask for one later. She also demanded another €10 for using the kitchenette, again without a receipt, and told us to wash the dishes too. B&B Terrazze dell'Artista was dirty, poorly maintained, unsanitary, and full of junk. The owner was rude. I wouldn't recommend it. P.S. Giovannini Marta.

I'm staying here for a business course at the Amazon BLQ1 building, about 20 minutes away by highway. The owner is really friendly, and the price is reasonable compared with other B&Bs. A great place.

The room was comfortable and both it and the bathroom were clean. Prices were average, and the owner was friendly.
