The sunrise was breathtaking, and the location is great. The food was nice and service was super friendly. Our room felt old, though, and my wife's allergy kicked in.

The location is fantastic, very close to the cableway up to the glacier. The staff were friendly and professional, and I thought the customer care was excellent. The ski instructors from Pirovano are simply the best.

Right at the top of Stelvio Pass, this is a nice hotel with clean rooms. There’s a restaurant for guests, a heated garage for motorcycles, and a few wellness options.

We got a welcome drink, and the staff were reasonably okay. The sauna stayed open until 7 PM, which is normal enough. The rest of the stay was a bad deal at 108 euros. Dinner was kept warm and low quality, there was mould in the shower, and we were made to leave dinner at 9 PM. We asked for house wine but were served a bottle of red for 25 euros. The room was worn out and shabby. For me, this was the worst value I’ve had in recent years.
