The room was pleasant, the beds comfortable, and we got a warm welcome. The food was beautiful too. It was a lovely place to stay. I’d only suggest offering a thicker pillow, and the rooms ran a little too warm. We could open the balcony doors to let cooler air in.

The place was clean and comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly, though unfortunately there was one very notable exception. Dinner service felt rushed, which made us feel rushed as well. The food was generally good, but the second courses were hit or miss, and the fish was bland and tasteless. Sadly, there were no vegetables at breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel near the centre of Bormio. The issue for me was the room: it was definitely too small for the price I paid. I’d return, but I’d want a different room.

The location in the centre of Bormio is strategic, but the facilities and service didn’t feel up to four-star standard. We had to switch rooms because the WC wasn’t working, and the new room hadn’t been cleaned properly, with dust everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were fair, though nothing special.

My daughter was here on a school ski trip and left an Air pod behind when she departed. I contacted the hotel, and they were incredibly helpful. They found it in her room and mailed it back to Northern Ireland. Thank you so much.
