Genzianella

The family and staff made the whole stay feel warm and gracious. Thank you, Wilma, Marta, Frederica, and everyone there. A group of 12 of us stayed at La Genzianella for five nights of road cycling, and it was one of my best hotel experiences. It has plenty of charm alongside modern comforts, with a huge lobby and sitting area that has cozy spaces for groups of different sizes. The rooms were a good size. The bed wasn’t luxurious, but I slept well, and the bathroom, especially the shower, was fabulous. The bike room is tidy and has the stands and tools needed for tune-ups. Outside, the wash station is very well equipped with soap, degreaser, and compressed air to clear out the water. The spa is marvelous, with a steam room, sauna, hot tubs, and showers. There’s also a great room for stretching and calisthenics, so good I’m going to try to recreate it at home.

The price was very fair for a fantastic stay. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and professional, and the food outstanding. I really enjoyed the amazing sauna area, and the hotel is perfectly placed close to the ski lifts. Great value for money.

A third-generation family hotel led by a mother and daughter, and it made the stay feel heartwarming. Service, food, and facilities were all very high quality, and everything was super clean. The interior has clearly been thought through, right down to the materials and little details. It’s especially well set up for bikers. We’ll be back, thank you so much!

The staff were the best part, always friendly, accommodating, and smiling. The hotel’s design is amazing, with thoughtful little details everywhere, and the spa was quiet and serene. We had several spa services during our stay, and all were great. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom and an incredible shower. Breakfast had an abundance of choices. La Genzianella was a spectacular stay, and the value for the price is outstanding. I can’t recommend it enough.
