The owner herself was behind the counter and made service feel flexible and personal. The rooms and facilities all worked perfectly, and the modern touches sit nicely with the elegant Alpine style. One of our favorite hotels in the Alps, and good value too.

The location is perfect, and the owner is so friendly and willing to go out of her way to help. We found the rooms comfortable, well made, and spotless, with lovely views. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and there’s a well-equipped bike room with tools. It feels modern while keeping a traditional character, and is a great quality stay.

I couldn’t find anything to complain about. The staff were kind and helpful, and their recommendations worked out really well. The room was warm enough, the WiFi was good, and I slept well in the bed. The windows and balcony had stunning views. Everything was kept neat and clean, and breakfast had enough options for us.

Right in the centre of Bormio, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by since the hotel doesn’t have its own. We paid about 10 euros a day for the very secure parking. Cyclists get a locked storage room with some tools and a track pump. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely and very clean. Breakfast was good, though there weren’t any hot items.

Great location, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The facilities work well for both skiers and bikers, and the price is good too. What more do you need?
