After two nights, we left feeling fully recharged. There are several saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, an entertainment room, and even llamas you can pet, so it’s a great place to unwind in the mountains. We’re a young couple and found it suited us perfectly, though we think families with children would enjoy it too. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and address our concerns. Both dinner and breakfast were very good, with lots of choice and good quality. One of our favorite hotels in the Dolomites, highly recommended.

We spent 3 nights in June 2025, and the hotel looked amazing. It’s larger than the pictures suggest. We chose one of the new Erica rooms after seeing some bad reviews about the smaller rooms, and Erica was huge. There’s a parking garage on -2 with an assigned space for each room. The food was very tasty, and we appreciated being able to have dinner at 8PM, which left us time to walk around the mountains in the nice weather.

We had a small, basic room, and the toilet area was rather dark and could use more light. From our balcony, though, the views of Bressanone City above were amazing, especially at night. The spa was very clean and relaxing, and swimming in the warm outdoor pool during winter with the mountains around us was a lovely experience. Dinner was good when they served local Alto Adige food, like canederli, a kind of meatball with speck cured meat. Other dishes weren’t as successful for us, the lasagna in particular wasn’t their best. It’s a fantastic hotel overall.

The common areas are looked after well and have plenty of options for both kids and adults. The llamas are a must, especially if you have children. Everyone was very nice, and the view was amazing. Hope we can come back soon.
