Miramonti Park Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Miramonti Park Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and tidy, and the location was great. The vegan choices at both breakfast and dinner really impressed me, especially since we eat plant based. The dishes were presented like something from a Michelin star restaurant. We'll definitely return. We only have two suggestions. The pool costs quite a lot for a family of four if it isn't included in the booking, which we hadn't realized. Also, we couldn't adjust the room heating ourselves. It wasn't cold, but a little more warmth would have been nice. Thanks for making our stay in Bormio extraordinary.

We first came to Miramonti Park Hotel Bormio on friends' recommendation, and this was our second stay. I'd previously visited with my son too. It's about a 10-minute walk through the pleasant old town to the ski lift, or you can take the free shuttle. Our modern room had a private sauna, great after skiing. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, housekeeping was excellent, and towels were changed daily. The staff were helpful and friendly, including a receptionist who speaks Russian. We enjoyed relaxing at the bar in the evenings. The spa is great, especially the outdoor sauna. Breakfasts were excellent, and dinner was tasty, though a bit more expensive than before. A comfortable place with great service. We'd happily stay again.

What makes this place special is how caring and warm the staff are. You really feel at home. We've stayed at this family-run hotel twice now, and after loving our first visit, we were glad to recommend it to friends. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with spacious modern rooms and lovely balcony views. There's an excellent spa, with standard saunas plus some unusual ones, including one with stained-glass windows and a real wood-burning stove in the middle, and another made like an “earth lodge.” We also enjoyed the large outdoor jacuzzi. There's a swimming pool that's very warm, and a massage room. We'd be very happy to come back.

The reception staff were courteous and helpful, and the live musicians made the evenings pleasant. They deserve credit for their professionalism. The rest of my stay at Hotel Park Miramonti was disappointing, though, and I wouldn't return. The room was below average for the price, without the comfort or attention to detail I expected. Restaurant service was especially poor: it was disorganized and inattentive, the tablecloths were visibly dirty, and we were charged for food we never ate. That was unacceptable and suggested a serious lack of oversight. The spa was also subpar and didn't live up to the hotel's marketing. Overall, the accommodation, dining service, and facilities fell far short, and the hotel doesn't justify its positioning. The positive efforts from reception and the musicians weren't enough to make up for the problems. I'd urge future guests to consider other options in Bormio before booking.
