The pool was delightful, and the bike room was especially well set up, with racks, tools, cleaning gear, and a door onto the front path. The bar was handy and well stocked, with lots of free snacks in the Italian style. We had dinner and breakfast included, and both were superb every day. I was a little surprised that water at dinner cost extra, though that may just be how it is in Italy. The hotel is about a five-minute walk up to the town centre, with a supermarket right next door, which worked ideally for me. I stayed in May/June and had no trouble with the room temperature. My mountain view was majestic. Staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. It’s a great hotel and you’ll enjoy your stay.

The spa facilities were decent, and the staff were nice. It’s a good 4* hotel, though the restaurant menu could use some work. It seems set up for groups and scheduled meals.

The hotel’s location worked well for us, close to both the city center and a grocery store. We were there with my family and my friends' family, and the service was amazing, especially the transfer by hotel gondola. The driver arrived quickly and the ride was smooth. I also liked the pool table and swimming pool, which had a perfect water temperature. Room service was immaculate. I recommend it for families vacationing in Bormio! 😊

This is a 4 star hotel, so I expected a nicer experience. The lobby looks good, and the location is about a 10 minute walk, but that’s where the positives end for me. There’s no air conditioning, which is usually fine, but the rooms have no windows and seem to hold the heat, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. Other reviewers have mentioned this too. There was no iron in the room, and the WiFi was painfully slow. The staff didn’t feel personable. We were on our honeymoon and mentioned it during our stay, but got a room facing construction. These might all be fine on their own, but I’d choose one of the many other options in the area.

We had a great time in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were skilled and clearly motivated, and the food and service were both top level.
