Mariano is a lovely host, and the apartment is nice. For paragliding, the location is ideal, right opposite the take-off. The surroundings are beautiful too, and a short way up the mountain you can walk for hours through the landscape. At the summit there’s a huge World War I memorial, since one of Italy’s biggest battles of that war took place there. On a clear enough day, Venice is visible, and it's only an hour away by car.
