BB Sa Rocchitta

€105 for this room was staggering. The lady wouldn’t take debit cards or issue an invoice, and after I insisted, she asked us for €15 each to get one. Why? Yet she parks a flashy Stelvio in the courtyard. The only people who should come here to sleep are the finance police. The room doesn’t have its own bathroom, which is shared with other rooms. The lady was very unpleasant and wouldn’t let us park our motorcycles in her courtyard. She wasn’t obliged to, but there are no secure parking lots in Bosa, and it felt a long way from the proverbial Sardinian hospitality. The decor looked like it came from Aliexpress, with fake plants and all. Some sockets were broken. The TV was about the size of an iPad, and the window looking out behind a pizzeria had shutters that wouldn’t open. A couple were arguing and shouting at 6 in the morning. It was freezing, and the portable heater was half broken. Even when it worked, it sounded like a tractor. There was no shower gel or water. The hairdryer was there, but unusable because it had a Schuko plug and the bathroom only had an Italian socket. There was nobody to ask for an adapter. One of the worst nights I’ve ever had.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was the typical Italian kind, but incredibly delicious.

The bed and shower were bad, and I didn’t enjoy the breakfast either. B&B Rocchitta was a disappointment overall, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s a quiet place, with excellent food and impeccable service. The staff were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it, and thanks to Vittorio and Piera!!!
