The owners were so kind, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We loved the breakfast too. The location couldn't have been better, and we had a lovely stay.

We felt right at home even though we were abroad, and only wished we'd booked a longer stay. The room was tastefully decorated, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and our host was exceptionally wonderful. Such warm hospitality in a beautiful place in Bosa. Thank you Paolo and Sergio, we can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our two nights in Bosa in June. Paolo gave us so many good recommendations, and the service felt personal and welcoming. The rooms were clean, with large, spacious bathrooms, and breakfast was delightful. The air conditioning was a little loud, though the hosts had chosen a window unit to respect the facade of the historic building instead of fitting exterior split units. The area was otherwise very quiet, and the insect screen meant we could sleep with the windows open.

Paulo's recommendations were excellent, including one that led to an improvised change of plans and one of the best dishes we ate in Sardinia. Sergio also made lovely cakes and tarts for breakfast, which was served in the old stone storerooms on the ground floor, like a little private cafe for guests. Casa Pagiò, whose name combines the proprietors Paulo and Sergio, and Bosa were highlights of our two weeks in Sardinia. The beautifully restored pair of old fishermen's tower homes sits almost right on the waterfront, a great fit for this quaint town. Steep stairs, narrow doorways, and exposed stone and wood beams gave the stay a cozy, whimsical feel unlike a typical hotel or B&B. A great team and a great stay.
