The beach out front has dark, iron-rich sand. The water may look unclear at first, but it is clear and met our expectations. The promenade is lovely for an evening walk. The facility feels dated and needs work, especially on cleanliness, and the beach equipment needs updating and better maintenance. Staff were consistently courteous and helpful, including the entertainment team. The food was good too.

The sea was beautiful, though not especially impressive by Sardinian standards. The cuisine was good and had plenty of variety, and the entertainment was decent. The building and its equipment are old and don’t live up to the four stars on paper. Honestly, I’d rate it three. Service staff were too few and ineffective, especially at reception, and the beach umbrellas were packed too close together.

The food deserves special praise, it was truly excellent and varied. The staff were also committed and professional. There’s more potential here, though, because maintenance around the property leaves something to be desired. The pool is nice but showing signs of wear, and the dedicated beach area wasn’t very clean. The loungers there aren’t assigned, so it’s first come, first served.

For the price, I thought the rooms were comfortable and the food was good. Fabio and Daniele, who looked after our area in the dining room, deserve a mention for being so courteous and cheerful despite how busy they were. The entertainment staff were very friendly, Giovanni was great at everything, and Lorenzo in particular was an excellent, always available lifeguard. One drawback was the lack of umbrellas at the pool. Recommended, with a few improvements.
