The rooms are beautiful and the staff are nice. The guy at the Jolly bar for breakfast really isn’t friendly, but the girl at the mini bar was lovely.

There was no fridge in the room, so in this heat we couldn’t even get cold water. We were on the third floor and there’s no elevator. Breakfast was supposed to be at the café downstairs, but it still hadn’t opened by 9:30. The hostess was no help at all.

We booked just a day ahead on the spur of the moment. Communication with the host was smooth, and self check-in was easy. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, and very clean. We also added breakfast at a small nearby café, where you can pick a hot drink and a pastry.

The historic center is close by, and the property is in a great spot. The room was cozy and spacious, with linens and bathroom amenities provided. The downside was the cleanliness. I had to dust the headboard myself, and the floor was dusty and dirty too. It’s a real shame, and this important part needs attention.

Lovely location, room, and owner. We had a great time, even though it was out of season. There weren’t many restaurants open in March.
