Sadly, we found ourselves counting down the days until we could leave. The listing gave me the false impression that the property was within walking distance of the beach, but it was actually so far to walk. I also couldn't understand the owner's sense of humour. He came across as a bit too stressed and frustrated when guests weren't precise about following his strict house rules, which weren't even written anywhere. It wasn't a pleasant stay for me.

We stayed in a mini-apartment for six days as a family of three. It had all the amenities we needed, and the August price was great, with breakfast included. The place is tucked among vineyards and olive groves, all beautifully maintained by Franco. The setting in the green hills is quiet and relaxing, with a steady breeze that keeps the heat from bothering you. It's also well situated, just a 10-minute drive from Bosa Marina beach and the town of Bosa. Franco is very kind and always available, and deserves credit for creating such a lovely, well-kept property. We'd come back and recommend it for couples and families with children.

We had another wonderful holiday with Franco and his mother Matilde, our second time here. The room was super comfortable and very clean, in a quiet, green setting that's welcoming for families. The Galvani estate is well placed for getting to beaches and places to visit. See you soon!

A peaceful stay in a perfect location, and Franco really makes all the difference. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back! Davide, Ilaria, and Romeo
