The food has that Michelin-level care, but still feels as comforting as something your nonna cooked. The staff are kind, and the warm, intimate atmosphere makes this place feel like a storybook hideaway.

The food was amazing, and the service was both great and really friendly. All of that came at a very reasonable price. Without a doubt, this is the best place I've ever stayed. I hope I can return for a longer visit.

I love the countryside here, and it's still within reach of larger cities, about an hour's drive from Turino or 30 minutes from Alba. The scenery is lovely, too. I've stayed at Da Fabiana twice in the last two years, though this trip was only three days. The service may be the best I've had across more than 100 hotels internationally. My room was clean and beautiful, and the food was absolutely wonderful. The Sardinian cuisine is buonissimo, literally to die for. You won't be disappointed with Da Fabiana Bossolasco!
