B&B Klimi

We got there at 9:15 PM, but the pizzas didn’t arrive until 11:00 PM. Some weren’t what we’d ordered, though by then we were desperate and accepted them anyway. When one was sent back, the kitchen said, "If they like it, fine, otherwise, they'll still be good." After nearly two hours, we’d expected all 12 people at the table to be served together. Instead, the pizzas came out in separate rounds with long gaps between them.

If you’re looking to practise patience and have time to spare, this place will do. The service is so slow you get to appreciate every minute of waiting. The pizza is quickly forgotten, thankfully. And the waiters seem underage, which gives the evening a bit of a school trip feel.

I’d had their pizza before and liked it, so I hoped the fish dinner would be decent too. It wasn’t: the fish seemed plastic, had no flavor, and felt like it had no care put into cooking it. We left the plates full without saying anything. We paid the proper bill for the food, but not for the taste. I’m disappointed, especially since the owners and staff are both very kind.

The pizza and draft beer are excellent, and there’s free parking on site. The staff are courteous, precise and punctual. The entrance is on the opposite side from the restaurant, so it’s a little hard to find.
