We had dinner at the restaurant both nights, and the food was amazing. The staff were so nice and attentive, and helped us choose from their huge wine selection. Breakfast was good too, with fresh local products. We stayed for two nights while visiting the Barolo region. The hotel has a great history, the building is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

Emanuela at reception deserves a special thank-you for how professionally and thoughtfully she helped us when the heating in our suite had a problem. There were no other suites available, but she went above and beyond to assist us, which made the stay much more pleasant. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, and we also enjoyed the spa during our short getaway. Albergo dell’Agenzia has a lovely historic atmosphere, beautifully designed rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it.

The staff at Albergo dell'Agenzia were friendly, helpful, and attentive to what we needed while traveling with our small toddler. Housekeeping even noticed my wife's birthday and left her a little treat, which was a lovely gesture. It’s a wonderful hotel in the heart of the Slow Food Movement. We hope to visit again.

I was glad the pool was quiet on some days, which made it a relaxing place to spend time with the family. The wine bank is a real plus if you enjoy wine and want to try something new. A cellar visit is well worth it, along with tasting the 20-30 wines they have. We chose the hotel mainly to visit the DOCG regions of Barolo and Barbaresco, and it turned out to be a great choice. The grounds and hotel are well looked after, the staff are friendly and helpful, and everything worked incredibly well. I even managed to get underground parking for all 5 days, which was helpful in 35C heat.

The room was incredible, and both the hotel and breakfast were excellent. Breakfast service was good too. Unfortunately, the reception staff were very unpleasant and rude.
