The garden is a lovely, well-kept spot, and the pool is a highlight, great for relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with something for all tastes. The staff were consistently competent, helpful, and friendly. I found the B&B in Milano Marittima welcoming, with attentive and professional management and a very central location that made it easy to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and other useful extras. There’s private paid parking, or you can use the municipal blue spaces, which also cost money. Recommended!

The welcome, courtesy, and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise given the price I paid. Breakfast was also really good for a 3-star place. They welcomed my dog and charged a one-off € 10 for our whole 5-day stay. At other places I would have paid at least € 10 per day. I’m very satisfied and happy to give it a positive rating.

The team were fantastic and looked after me so well, it felt like home. Their services were better value for the price than I’d expected. The location is excellent, and parking is very convenient. Everything was impeccably clean, breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the cakes :-) I also had a lovely time by the pool. Definitely an experience I’d repeat. The garden is nicely kept, with pleasant places to sit, and the pool is beautiful and well maintained. There’s also indoor parking, and the location is excellent. The hotel itself is simple but looked after, with very polite, professional staff at reception and the bar. For the price, the rooms are reasonable. The bathrooms have been renovated, the fixtures are new, the air conditioning works, and the TV worked perfectly. Very clean, and excellent value for money!

Hotel Promenade in Milano Marittima was a welcoming place to stay just steps from the sea. The pool was lovely and ideal for relaxing during the day. Staff were extremely friendly, available whenever needed, and attentive to guests. I had a really positive stay and recommend it to anyone looking for hospitality and a chance to relax.
