We spent our vacation here as a family with three kids and had a very positive stay. The staff were all lovely and helpful, though if you don’t speak Italian you have to ask about everything, so communication with guests could be a bit better. The hotel owners and staff have my best wishes, and I can recommend the place. The beach is just 20 meters away. It’s paid, but the hotel gives a 10% discount. An umbrella and two sunbeds away from the first row cost 34 euros a day. Parking near the hotel is 10 euros daily, though you need luck to find an open spot. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious and clean too. It even had an electric towel rail, which was a big plus. The location is great, almost on the first line. Dinner was excellent, with lots of food and desserts, cooked just right. There was plenty of meat and fish, plus good choices for vegetarians. Breakfast was good, but could be better: lots of sweet pastries, the same scrambled and boiled eggs every day, and I’d have liked more greens and different cheeses. Dinner had four or five cheeses to choose from.

The beach is only a few meters away, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were fantastic and happy to help with any request, and breakfast was lovely, even with a glass of bubbly. Rooms are very clean, though a little simple, which is the style of beachside hotels in the Cervia area. The common spaces have beautiful whitewashed wood decor. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend it.

The kids had a blast at the dance party each evening in Hotel Majestic next door, the sister hotel. An animator led the fun with things like the Macarena and musical chairs for an hour, and the kids slept well into the morning. There’s also a playroom in the lobby by the bar, so you can have an Aperol spritz and relax while the children play. The restaurant made separate cooked vegetables and homemade broth for the two one-year-olds in our group, even outside normal serving hours. They cooked meals just for them, and we really appreciated it. The food throughout the day was delicious and plentiful, from breakfast choices and fresh coffee to tasty lunch and a la carte dinner. The house wine, red and white, was all you could drink. No pizza, but I had some of the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. The beach was incredible, with assigned places and umbrellas for everyone, plus a beach bar and restaurant serving refreshing drinks and food. We were a group of seven adults and four children, two of them one year old, staying in four rooms for a week. Even before arrival, communication with the hotel was prompt and kind. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with large beds, great pillows, a fridge, and an electric kettle. There was no iron. The service was wow, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Maia at the lobby bar went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! I wish we could come back next year. One of our better vacations ever.
