Albergo della Posta

I had a room without much of a view, but it worked perfectly for my one-night visit, and the price was very fair. The location is great for sightseeing, right near the castle area. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. My Italian is still a work in progress, but they spoke enough English and everything went smoothly. I'd definitely stay again.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, with leather shops, restaurants, cafés, and even a chocolate shop across the street. The charm of Bracciano made each day feel peaceful and special, and the hotel is right in the heart of town. We stayed at Albergo Della Posta for five nights and six days, and the experience was wonderful from booking through checkout. The staff were the kindest, most genuine people we met in Italy. Their warmth and care made it feel like a home away from home, and they're the reason I chose Bracciano instead of Rome. Our room was a little dated but spotless and comfortable. We didn't have air conditioning, but the weather was perfect and the window let in lovely fresh air. Thank you to everyone at Albergo Della, especially the front desk team, for making the stay unforgettable. Your kindness will stay with us!

We were unsure after reading some negative reviews, but everything turned out perfectly, just what you'd expect from a three-star hotel. The room was cosy, the view was nice, and breakfast came with fresh croissants. Pamela and Alessandro were the best part, always available to help us feel comfortable. We really needed their help because that day in November, our luggage was stolen from the trunk of our rental car while it was parked on a busy road in Bracciano.

The staff at Albergo Della Posta were incredibly kind and responsive, and went out of their way to help even after my stay. I accidentally left a belt behind, and they stayed in touch and arranged to ship it back. I felt very well looked after and am grateful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bracciano.
