We stayed one night and weren't satisfied. You could hear everything in the other rooms, as if there were no walls, and our room was dusty. Breakfast was very disappointing: it started shortly before we arrived, but there was very little food and no choice between sweet and savory. Once the portions were gone, nothing was brought out again. They said the supermarkets had been closed the day before. I wouldn't recommend it. You can find better for less.

The cleanliness was nonexistent. The shower head and shower were beyond words. Breakfast was impossible to describe. Never again!!!

The reception response was what really made the stay awful. We needed more shower gel than the two sachets in the bathroom, just enough to shower and sleep, but were told the receptionist couldn’t help because that was the cleaning staff’s job. She pointed us to a nearby convenience store. At €180 a night, that was a terrifying experience, and one I hope never to repeat. The room itself was horrendous, with too few towels. We still have breakfast to get through, but we can’t wait to leave. I’d have been more comfortable in a tent.

The location was good and the place was clean. The rest of the stay was hard to forget for all the wrong reasons. We went a whole day without hot water because of a boiler problem, and nobody told us. Had we known, we would have showered at the beach. The lack of communication was so careless that my friend ended up with severe congestion. The bathroom light had also been out since we arrived, and despite three complaints, it wasn’t replaced until our final evening. We barely saw any staff outside restaurant hours. When they were around, they were shouting on the phone to their relatives. We asked the manager about a late checkout in case nobody was arriving that day, but he shut the request down immediately as absolutely impossible. He didn’t even check whether anyone was coming to take our room. Maybe this was his first time working as a hotelier. Then there was the €5 per person charge to use the ground-floor bathroom after checkout, posted on a sign on the door. I don’t even know whether that’s legal. Avoid if you can. For the same price, you can surely find somewhere just as well located with real Romagna hospitality.
