The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the owners were kind, professional, and always helpful. We found Poggio degli Ulivi on Booking.com after our original plan to spend New Year's Eve in the mountains fell through, and the photos and reviews persuaded us to choose Bracciano instead. The weekend in the hills, looking out over the lake, was wonderful. We had such a good time that we'll definitely come back.

The owners were so friendly it felt like we'd known each other for ages. Their residence by Lake Bracciano is charming and peaceful, though a little cramped, to be honest.
