The restaurant food is good, and there’s also a spa and padel courts for anyone who enjoys sports. It’s a distinctive old building turned into a stylish hotel, with large, roomy guest rooms. Gessi taps throughout give the place an unmistakably high-end feel. We had a great stay.

After a long, hot drive, the pool was a real pleasure. The rooms were cool and comfortable, and the staff made our small dog very welcome. This charming little hotel, tucked away in northern Italy, was just right as a stop on our drive south.

The bathrooms are beautiful, and the rooms are large. The architecture and all the little touches, even the cutlery, show remarkable taste. It has a romantic feel throughout. Federico went out of his way to make us comfortable with his warm hospitality, and his co-worker Cristina is an amazing lady. I’d give the property and its management a solid 10 stars. A must-visit place to stay in BIELLA, and nothing short of a boutique seven-star property.

The room got uncomfortably hot, especially at night, because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Sleeping was a struggle. It’s a nice hotel, but with room rates this high, I’d expect everything to work.

The staff were courteous, and the meals were tasty, with an excellent breakfast. The gym and wellness centre were great, and the pool and facilities were clean. The rooms need refurbishment, especially the shower. Spa use, car charging, and bike rental could either be included or made less expensive.
