The owner gave us very detailed information and directions, including how to get a residence permit for the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). The house is in the historic center, above a pub, and we had worried about the reviews. But the music at 1:30 on Friday night was turned off and didn't bother us. We stayed Saturday and Sunday too, and I'd even call it pleasant. The place has a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and felt lovely and welcoming during our three days in Bracciano. The view from the Belvedere is spectacular, and the road to the house has lots of welcoming, characteristic places. My only downside was that parking isn't very close, though a short walk never hurts. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a great stay in this spotless little house, even though the pub music downstairs kept me from sleeping. The place has a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and it's got everything needed for meals and entertainment. I really like its location: just steps from the Belvedere terrace overlooking Lake Bracciano, and close to Oderlaschi Castle and Piazza del Castello. Restaurants, pizzerias, and bars line Via Arazzaria on the way there, with more bars, shops, and other places a little farther down. The historic center is about a five-minute walk away.

We were five, two adults and three children, and stayed from January 5th to 7th, 2020. The cottage was warm, comfortable, wonderful, and spotlessly clean, with EVERYTHING needed for a good stay. Thanks to people like you who welcome guests as GUESTS, not numbers.

The place was poorly cleaned, with mold all over. The owner was rude and unhelpful, and since the house is above a pub, loud music went on until 4:00 a.m.

The apartment is nice, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the bar downstairs. The people who go there are really rude, and the noise makes it impossible to sleep at night.
