A two-star rating doesn't excuse dirt. I used to work in restaurants, and cleanliness is the basic standard everywhere, from hostels to five-star hotels. The place was dirty, run-down, smelly, and cold. I don't mind that it's old, but it should at least be clean and sanitized, especially now. At €50 maximum, that would be acceptable. As it is, you'd be better off sleeping in your car.
