The service was warm and excellent. Our apartment was spotless, beautifully equipped, and comfortable, and I found the place one of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. Simply wonderful, a perfect stay!

Birgit and her family were incredibly friendly, and the accommodation was a relaxing spot amid the Dolomites views. The location made it easy to get to all the lakes. We also loved unwinding in the saunas and jacuzzi after each day, and the fresh farm eggs and milk we requested tasted amazing. Amazing location, even better host. Highly recommended!

We had to cancel our trip for health reasons and tried to send a medical letter with our refund request. We contacted the manager about a week before the stay and paid a few days before it, but he didn't refund anything or try to understand what was happening. He eventually stopped replying to our messages. It was really upsetting. Our flights were cancelled too, so there was no way to use the apartment. I wouldn't recommend booking with no cancellation option or policy. I booked through Booking, and the listing said to check with the property about cancellation. To me, that sounded like some percentage refund might be possible, but we got nothing. Thanks for your understanding, and for the discount you offered on my next stay at your apartment, which I of course won't use.

The location is great, and the wellness area adds a lovely extra. Our room was really spacious and exceptionally clean, with every detail taken care of. Such a beautiful place, simply perfect. I hope to be back soon!
