6/10
The location is excellent, just a few steps from the slopes, and the spa is very good. The pool could use an update, though, with mold and peeling paint. I’d give the room a 5, but the French window didn’t close properly, there was mold on the wall and carpet, and the bathroom door had been repaired poorly. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with sweet and savory choices. Dinner was average, with a vegetable buffet.

We’re a family with two young children, and we had an excellent stay. The staff were helpful and very kind, and the hotel felt welcoming and family-oriented. It’s right beside the slopes, where there are activities for little ones. We also enjoyed the entertainers at the mini club and the spa for the older ones. We hope to come back soon!

8/10
The staff were friendly and competent, and both breakfast and dinner were good and plentiful. The room was simple but clean, and the hotel was good value, with private parking nearby and the slopes close at hand. The bar is open all the time. The pool gets a bit crowded with children, though that’s to be expected in a family hotel. The spa is well kept and looks new. I recommend it.

The spa and pool were lovely, and the food was excellent. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after. Great value for money, 10/10.

The kids club was top-notch, and the service was impeccable from reception onward. Food was plentiful and excellent. The spa was nice, though the water temperatures, including in the pool, could use better regulation. The hotel is practically right by the slopes.
