Even during peak season, the landlady was lovely, and the apartment was spotless with new furnishings. We really enjoyed the terrace and thought the price was excellent for what we got. It’s very peaceful, though a bit of a way from the beach. Parking can be tricky, but she provides a space.

The views from the windows and balcony are lovely, and the apartment was clean and affordable. Getting around on foot was less convenient: parking is a few hundred meters away, and shops and restaurants are farther still. Walking back from Malciesine in the evening felt like a lot. There’s an hourly bus from the roundabout below that takes you there for €1.

The walk up is somewhat steep, but the Lake Garda view makes up for it. The apartment is in a great spot, and I’d book it again without hesitation.

A lovely holiday apartment, and the landlords were lovely too.
