The food at the basement bar was excellent, and the space itself is really interesting. I found the rooms beautiful, just as they look in the photos. The owner and staff were kind and knew their jobs. Staying somewhere like this felt like a unique experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The bathrooms feel modern, and the rooms were clean. The staff were very accommodating.

For me, this is the best hotel in Filadelfia.

The place itself was pleasant, but the welcome was poor. Only one person was at the reception when we arrived, and over the following days there was practically nobody around to ask for help. Our bathroom was very cold, and when we requested a hot water heater, none was available. The mattress covers were too short and slipped off in the night, so we ended up sleeping directly on mattresses that were very old and dirty. There was also a smoke smell in the rooms.

The staff made us feel so welcome and were always available, and the woman who prepared breakfast was especially warm. She even welcomed us with hot tea at 11:00 PM. The old walls made the beautiful property a little cold, but that's part of its charm. It's about a 30-minute drive from Lamezia Terme airport, 1 hour 10 minutes from Tropea, and 1 hour 30 from Scilla. I'm so grateful I got to stay here 🩷❤️
