We’ll definitely come back. The apartment was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed, from a washing machine to a stove. The host was friendly and very nice, and there’s a mini market right around the corner. It’s a 40 minute walk to the Arena di Verona.

The WiFi was the one weak point. It runs through an extender picking up a router signal, and since that isn’t a home router the connection wasn’t great. Turning the extender off and on helped. Otherwise, it was a positive stay in a quiet apartment in a large complex, with all the comforts, a washing machine, and a kitchen set up for cooking. The owner left detergent, condiments, some pasta, and a breakfast basket. The Arena is 25-30 minutes away, Corso Milano’s bus stop is a five-minute walk, and Lidl and Esselunga are 5-10 minutes away. You can also get there from the airport easily by bus.
