The heated pool and private beach were spotless, and the lake views made it easy to unwind. We also loved how much was included in the booking: spa access, paddleboards, kayaks, pedal boats, bicycles, e-bikes, and even a classic Fiat 500 for exploring. The spa was a lovely place to relax after a day out. We arrived late after an exhausting day of travel and thought we'd missed dinner because the kitchen had closed. The owner arranged for the kitchen team to make us a meal, and even offered to drive us to a nearby restaurant if needed. That kindness set the tone straight away. Alessio at reception gave us a warm welcome and a private tour, explaining the facilities as he showed us around. The whole staff was attentive and quick to help. At the Bistro, they took my partner’s food intolerances seriously and adapted the dishes without losing any flavour. The food was fantastic, made with fresh local ingredients, and Manuel suggested a local wine that worked perfectly with dinner. His friendly manner made the evening feel personal. The property was beautifully cared for, with comfort and elegance throughout. As our holiday came to an end, the staff surprised us with a small, heartfelt thank-you gift. From the welcome to the meals and all the thoughtful help along the way, Belfiore Park Hotel made our stay feel special. We can't wait to come back.

Dinner at Bistrot Al Vas was the highlight of our trip around Garda Lake. The local ingredients were excellent, and the wine suggestion made it an evening to remember. We hadn't booked ahead and arrived a little late, but the hotel manager did all he could to find us a place. We'd come to Belfiore Park Hotel after a long trek in Riva del Garda. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, showed us around the bar, and took us to our beautiful room. They paid attention to the little details throughout our stay. The spa was carefully kept and very clean, and the garden jacuzzi overlooking the lake was just perfect.

Breakfast was a real treat, with loads to choose from, including a wide range of gluten-free options. The hotel also has a wellness area and a private beach, so there are plenty of ways to switch off. We were shown around the hotel's different areas in a private tour when we arrived. The rooms were superb, and the staff were exceptionally kind. It's a wonderful place to escape to.

We had a lovely time at Nin restaurant, and it was a great way to experience our first Michelin-starred meal. The breakfast was fantastic too, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options and a machine for making your own juice. We also made good use of the free bikes. The path along the lakefront is stunning, so I'd really recommend a ride. The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful spot, with easy access to Malscesine. We stayed for five days, and the staff were consistently accommodating. It's rated 4 stars, but the service felt like 5. Thanks, Belfiore. It's definitely worth a visit!

The location was a treat, with a private beach area and jetty for hotel guests, plus drinks served by the water. We could leave our room and be almost straight in the lake. Malcesine is a short bus ride away, or walkable on cooler days, and the hotel made it easy to explore the towns around Garda. Buses don't run very often, but the stop is a couple of hundred metres away and got us where we needed to go. We were on our honeymoon and stayed in the suite imperial, a bright, airy mezzanine room with two balconies, two bathrooms, and a jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable, the decor was tasteful, and the lake views were gorgeous. The balconies gave us the view while blocking some of the midday sun, so the room stayed comfortable. The staff were a big part of what made the stay so good. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the restaurant, was friendly and helpful. Giorgia and Alessio arranged our airport transfers. Giorgia also recommended and booked restaurants in several towns, and was always lovely to chat with at reception about what we'd been up to. Breakfast came with the room and had a huge spread each day: fruit, bread and pastries, eggs made to order, meat and cheese, salmon and roe, and even Prosecco. Everything was high quality, and the terrace views made it even better. We ate at the restaurant on our first evening. The staff knew the food and wine well, and the decor was tasteful without pulling focus from the lake view. We chose from the a la carte menu, with canapés and amuse-bouches included so we could try more of what was on offer. There weren't many a la carte choices, but each was very well done. They use a coravin system, which let us try wines from the impressive list without ordering a whole bottle. We booked an offer for three spa treatments each. They were relaxing and high quality, and it was nice to see the spa using organic products. We didn't use the main spa facilities. There were more things available than we had time for, including lake activities for hire, boat tours, and other spa treatments. We could have spent another week and still not tried everything, so we'll be back to give them a go. It's a 4S hotel, which, for those outside Europe, means it's very close to 5 stars. We've stayed in 5-star hotels where staff put in less effort to make the stay enjoyable. This is a fantastic place and great value for money.
