The location was great, with lots of restaurants nearby and a bus stop close by. I stayed for a week, and Anna was lovely, checking in whenever I needed anything. My room was spotless, everything worked as it should, and I had no complaints. Breakfast came to my room, and I could adjust the serving time each day. It included fresh fruit, a croissant, yogurt, cereal, coffee or tea, and fruit juice. I'd absolutely recommend staying here for an easy, pleasant visit to Brescia.

Anna confirmed the booking with us personally and asked us to pay on the day we arrived and collect the key, so we didn't get a chance to book through booking.com. Then she cancelled one day before our stay, saying she'd been to the hospital. We were trying to arrange a room for an important meeting, and because of this we had to cancel all our plans. This is the worst person I've ever dealt with on booking.com.

We felt right at home in this very clean place, which had everything we needed and was well organized. The kindness here is boundless. We'll be back.
