We came with the whole family for the weekend and felt comfortable and welcome right away in this small, cozy hotel. It’s perfectly placed in the center, with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. The staff were all kind and helpful, especially the gentleman working there, who was lovely and attentive and kept checking that we had what we needed. We’d be very happy to return.

The gated parking on site is a real plus, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful, too. It’s great value and a solid choice in Brescia.

The rooms are new and clean, breakfast is nice, and the staff are the best I’ve come across. They communicate well and provide great support and service to make the stay enjoyable. It’s a great base for Brescia downtown and exploring the area between Lago d'Iseo and Lago di Garda. We’ll definitely come back. Grazie!

The rooms have plenty of space, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a nice spot, with parking provided.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful during our short stay at Hotel Battisti 31. We found the rooms freshly renovated, and the hotel has a modern, stylish feel. Breakfast was simple but decent. Its location is great, right by Brescia's lovely historic center. There's a small courtyard parking area that was handy for us, though you need to reserve a spot ahead of time. There's a public garage nearby too.
