The staff and service were outstanding, and everyone helped make our stay one we’ll remember for a long time. Each day brought new food, almost like a Michelin-star tasting menu, and it was all delicious. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the pool, relaxation room and sauna were great. The location is handy too, only a 10-minute walk from Plose ski base. Everything was exceptional, and we’d recommend Hotel Gasserhof to anyone. Thanks to the whole team!

We spent three nights here over Easter weekend and had a lovely time. Our dog was allowed in the guest seating area for dinner, and all the management and staff were very friendly, including Nemo. The breakfast and dinner service were top-notch, and the spa services were great, especially as they were included in the package. The nearby gondola pass was included each day too. Our room was in the second building across from reception and had a fantastic view of the valley and Bressanone. We were the only guests in that wing, but staff stayed attentive. We actually preferred the area for its authentic charm.

We had half-board for two nights while travelling around the Dolomites, including Seceda, Brixen and Bolzano. The Summer Super Card from the hotel basically got us everywhere, and the Tyrolese festival next door, Oktoberfest-style, was a bonus. We’d love to come back with family if we can. The rooms were clean and modern, with balconies and a good view. The sauna was great, and the food was delicious, so hats off to the chef. Staff were extremely hospitable, especially Anna at the restaurant, one of the nicest people I’ve met. It felt like a genuinely local Southern Tyrol stay. Greetings from S.Korea.

The service was extraordinary, and on my birthday morning they had a cake and candle waiting for me, such a lovely extra touch. My room was impeccable, and the food was phenomenal. As a vegetarian, I was very happy with the options. I had an amazing stay.

We brought our dog and had a great stay. The room was spacious, and the sauna was amazingly clean, with a swimming pool and mountain views. The food and service were nice too, so what more could you ask for?
