We made good use of the bus stop right outside for Plose ski slope, about a 20 minute drive on route #321, even though we had cars. We were in the main building, and the Dependance is about 100m down the street. The hotel connects several buildings, but the facilities are clearly marked and lifts are available where needed. For our February ski trip, we came as two families with kids aged 4 to 12. The pools were a highlight, especially the heated outdoor one in winter, and the sauna areas were well kept and never too crowded. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with older decor that felt authentic to the region. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the meals had loads of choice. We looked forward to them, especially dessert. I’d be happy to come back.

Our room faced some kind of night club, so it was super noisy all night. If you want quiet, check with the hotel in advance about the room location. The rooms are clean and spacious, though both they and the hotel feel pretty outdated. The location is good. Breakfast is okay, but the selection is quite limited. There’s a pool and a playroom for kids.

The temperature control system was broken, which was a letdown. Apart from that, the beds were okay and everything worked perfectly fine. The hotel was great.

The wellness facilities were quite good, with saunas and pools. I was surprised that using the garage came with an extra charge.

The welcome was really warm, and the hotel was super great! The room was very big and clean all the way from the door to the balcony. Great shower, too.
