Ingrid and her family gave us such a warm welcome, with thoughtful extras like New Year's Eve drinks and local snacks. We also got a tour of the distillery, with an explanation and tasting. The homemade Apple Strudels were wonderful, there were little sweets now and then, and the local produce was tasty and reasonably priced. The apartments are cozy and family-friendly, furnished with local wood and modern appliances in a traditional setting. From the building, you get a lovely view over Brixen and the surrounding mountains, while still being close to the city center. There's also a luxury sauna inside. Definitely recommend it.

The farm's products are delicious, and Ingrid and her husband really make you feel special as a guest. The location is wonderful, with spaces and finishes that are thoughtfully designed.

Our bus tour group stopped at Haidnerhof on September 19, 2025. It sits on the mountain slopes above Brixen, with a lovely farm and grounds and a wonderful view. The restaurant has a pleasant rustic feel, and there's a beer garden too. Everything was very clean and hygienic, and the service was friendly and attentive. You feel right at home here, like things are still as they should be. The wine and, for us, the snack platter were both very good and well worth recommending. Warm thanks to the whole Haidnerhof team, we can only recommend them.

Set in a very old farmhouse, the place has a stunning atmosphere. The Törgelle menu was fantastic, and every dish tasted amazing. The staff were really friendly and quick. If you enjoy wine, don't miss the house wine. Highly recommended!
