We had fun and the place covered our basic needs, but getting around the property was difficult, and reaching the parking could be a hassle. The rooms were okay, though we weren't given sheets for the extra beds, leaving three out of five of us without them. The sauna's tight booking schedule and strict staff made it feel unpleasant and hard to relax.

The main pluses were the free parking assigned to each flat and the location. The apartment itself was uncomfortable and below standard, with furnishings that looked very old. At checkout, staff made a petty request to clean coffee marks off the stovetop, even though we'd already left the place fairly clean ourselves. It's not right on the slope, but you can reach it with about 200m of walking uphill and downhill. That might be tiring for some, though it was fine for us. Having an allocated parking spot was useful since the area's narrow roads make parking hard to find.

The balcony had a good view, and the place was clean and cozy for the price. It had the kitchen gear we needed and good access to the ski tracks. One downside was the tap, which was frustrating to adjust between hot and cold and could burn your hands. There was no ski-boot dryer either.

The staff were super friendly and sorted out everything we needed really quickly. The location and amenities were great, including the jacuzzi, sauna, fitness area, pingpong-table, and the shuttle into town. For what you pay compared with what you get, it's probably the best value in Cervinia.
