The staff were amazing, and the half-board dinner was excellent; breakfast was great too. The hotel is handy for the supermarket next door and the main bus station opposite. It's not far from the lifts, and there's an efficient shuttle to the main gondola or chair lift. If you book directly, you may get access to the lovely basement spa included.

A warm, cosy place to stay, with a nice bar lounge and a great buffet. Close to all the shops and about a five-minute walk from the ski lifts. Definitely feels like a 3-star superior.

We had a fantastic Christmas at the Edelweiss Hotel. The shuttle to the ski lift was well run and very welcome, and the whole team made us feel at home. It's a friendly, family-run place with a great atmosphere, service and food. There was a vegan and a vegetarian in our group, and Salvatore and his team went out of their way to make inventive, delicious meals for everyone. That hasn't been our experience at some other hotels. We'd recommend the Edelweiss without hesitation. Many thanks.

The front desk ladies were warm and helpful with local suggestions, and seem to be the family who own the hotel. We also had a drop-off service to the Cervinia cable car and ski resort. It's within walking distance of the Cervinia ski cable, restaurants and shops. Our two-bedroom, one-bath unit had a TV in each bedroom and a fridge/minibar that could be stocked on request. The spacious bedrooms had large, comfortable beds and mountain views. The modern bathroom was clean, roomy and stocked for a multi-night stay. Breakfast was a highlight: the fresh bread, cheese and cold cuts were so tasty that I still want to go back. A very comfortable hotel with top-notch service and hospitality. I'd definitely recommend it.

The team were the best part of the stay: so kind and such good fun. The food was exceptional, and they went above and beyond for gluten-free and vegan guests. The spa was fantastic, with a very hot sauna, and there were boot warmers for ski boots as well as a shuttle to the slopes. We loved this delightful family-run hotel. Grazie mille a tuti! 🫶❤️🙏
