Sertorelli Sporthotel

The snowy day was a good excuse to spend the whole time in the spa, and you shouldn't skip the rooftop sauna. We had half-board and the choice of dishes was amazing, as you'd hope in Italy. Our suite was great, and the staff were helpful and nice throughout.

The food made a real impression on us. My kids called it the best hotel food they'd ever had. The restaurant staff were friendly and learned our preferences, and the reception team were so helpful. It was lovely to see Luca again this year. We had another fantastic week at Sertorelli Sport Hotel. After long days on the slopes, the spa was a great place to unwind, and it came at no extra cost, which is unusual in Cervinia. We'll definitely be back next year.

The reception team were so friendly and sorted out our ski passes, booked taxis, suggested restaurants, and even lent me a UK/Italy adapter plug. We also hired our ski gear quickly and easily right from the ski room. The restaurant served delicious, authentic Italian food, with plenty of buffet choices, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. My newly refurbished room was just right, with a desk for my annoying work and a view of the Matterhorn. Cervinia is an amazing alpine ski resort, and staying at Sertorelli Sporthotel helped make our Easter trip feel perfect. Thanks again to all the helpful, professional staff at Sertorelli Sporthotel. The team were welcoming and accommodating from my first phone call and emails through arrival, the whole stay, and checkout. The location is excellent, with the chairlifts, restaurants, and everything else in town within walking distance. Free parking across the street was a nice extra. We had a very comfortable stay in Cervinia. Our two rooms were different, one newly renovated and one not, but both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the spa was relaxing with lovely views. We'd gladly come back.
