The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and has a magnificent sea view and pool. It's a condominium with only a few apartments available to rent. Avoid the apartment listed on Fewo-direkt as being rented by Maria. There is no Maria, only a Mikele, who doesn't care at all. The apartment was in catastrophic, completely run-down condition and looked nothing like the photos.

We stayed in the ground-floor apartment and were very happy with it, especially being just steps from the pool. It's a beautiful residence with a lovely view, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. The agency was a bit rude, even though we only dealt with them to collect the keys and not to arrange the rental. Highly recommended!

We stayed from August 25, 2018 to September 5. The grounds were well kept, with greenery in good shape, parking in the shared courtyard, and a lovely, well-maintained pool. Our third-floor apartment was new, in good condition, and had a beautiful sea view. There were a couple of issues inside: it wasn't fully clean, and there weren't enough dishes for six people. Paying was awkward too. They had no debit or credit card option and wouldn't take checks, only bank transfers. Given the time constraints, I ruled out a transfer and had to bring cash. We expected a warmer welcome from the agency, but they were quite inflexible. The website said linens were included, but when I called close to departure to confirm the details, they told me linens had to be paid for. That left me very disappointed.
