You get an apartment surrounded by greenery. The small terrace and living room with kitchenette are shared, while the bedroom and its en suite bathroom are just for your use. Breakfast is more or less whatever you find in the kitchen, with coffee, milk, snacks and homemade tarts. The location is a real plus: the sea is about 7-8 km away and Vulci Park is roughly 15 km away.

I was there for the Lino Guanciale theater evening on May 17, 2019, and was treated like family. The lady took such good care of me that she even brought me to see the sea. The place is beautiful and welcoming, with gorgeous horses and plenty of greenery. My accommodation was spacious, new, clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.
