The location worked well for reaching popular spots such as Briatico, Tropea, Zambrone, Pizzo, and Parghelia, and there was parking inside the property. The area itself was quiet. The apartments are in one building, but the interiors felt a little neglected, particularly the bathrooms, which could use improvement. There were no mosquito screens, and one air conditioner served the whole apartment, around 60-70 square meters. For what we paid, it was acceptable, though that depends on personal tastes and habits. In Puglia I've seen smaller apartments arranged in a way that feels more like home. I'd rate this 6/10. This isn't meant as a negative review.

The access road has potholes both above and below the property, so the location could have been decent otherwise. The building itself is neglected, and the bathroom needs work, from the toilet to the shower.

The place was awful, and I wouldn't recommend it. I don't understand how these are offered as vacation rentals. You can't sleep in filth. I was meant to arrive at 2:00 PM, but got there at 3:30. I called Giuseppe, and ten minutes later his father showed up. Instead of the apartment he'd mentioned, he put me in one on the second floor, with a sofa and a cot sitting in the middle of the stairs. Inside, there were leftovers from the previous guests all over the house. My father and mother were mortified and started cleaning and putting things away. While waiting, I checked the distance to the sea. It was 1 km, not 500 m. My husband called Giuseppe, who wasn't on site, to tell him about both the apartment and the distance. He answered arrogantly and rudely, saying the distance was fine for him and that we were the ones who couldn't walk. I've never encountered such a rude person.

I really enjoyed my stay at this clean, welcoming residence, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

A quiet spot for a relaxing holiday. The owner's father was very kind and helpful.
