Hotel Executive Inn

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also only steps from the historic centre. A great hotel.

There’s plenty nearby, from restaurants and supermarkets to the train station, bus service, shopping, and even the airport about half an hour away by bus. The staff were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Viviana at breakfast, Annalisa, who looked after our room, and the two ladies at reception all helped make our stay really enjoyable.

We were a family of four and found the hotel great for us. The staff were warm and kind, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious.

The bed was the main problem during our three-night stay. It was much too small and uncomfortable for two. I’d told a different concierge, but he insisted we’d booked a French bed, even though the Expedia statement he had didn’t match my Agoda confirmation, which I understood to mean two twin beds pushed together. The room photo online also showed that setup. We each had different paperwork, but the issue could have been sorted out by offering some way to make the room more comfortable. Instead, he just said, “Next time book directly with us.” Aside from that, the stay was fine. The Hotel Executive Inn is right in the town centre, and the rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast is served from 7-10am and was good. The staff we met were kind and helpful. The first concierge told us the fitness centre listed for the hotel was actually next door at the Orientale Hotel, and offered to reserve it whenever we wanted. She also suggested some lovely places to eat by the waterfront and around town, which we appreciated.
