The location was the best part of this quaint hotel for us. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the internet was definitely fast. We were very satisfied with the stay. Thanks, Andreola, for a wonderful visit. We'll definitely come back if we're in Milan again.

The staff were generally attentive and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently close to the central station. The room felt dated, though, and the bed and pillows left a lot to be desired. Our queen bed was actually two twins pushed together. There was mold on the shower walls and ceiling.

We felt completely safe getting around the neighborhood, despite the comments I'd read about it. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the station, and the rooms were clean. Its old world charm is lovely, with wood paneling and marble bathrooms that made me feel like I'd stepped back in time. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the service was wonderful.

The bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was free and very good. It's an easy eight-minute walk from the train station, with restaurants, fast food, a pharmacy, and coin laundry nearby. The views aren't great, but I'd rather be out walking anyway.

Breakfast was really good, and it was handy that we could leave our bags at reception during the day for free. They handled that nicely. The one issue was the shower drain. It was partly blocked, so water didn't drain properly and pooled around our feet, which made showering feel unclean.
