Hotel Masseria Marziale

We turned up without a booking at 2am and got a wonderful welcome at reception. The hotel looked recently restored, and our two rooms were clean, new, and functional. Breakfast the next morning was amazing, especially as we were the only guests that night and had it all to ourselves. There are nice facilities in the grounds and plenty of secure parking. The room rate was great too, and being so close to the airport makes it a good option for an early flight. When we paid the next day, the rates were lower than the online prices, so book directly if you can.

We arrived late and had to leave very early for our flight, but the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were there to make coffee for us at 5am. The simple, spacious rooms were beautifully done and very clean, and the staff were exceptional. This hidden treasure feels like it’s been renovated quite recently. We’d love to come back and try the pool.

The grounds are beautiful to explore, and there’s plenty of very local produce to try. Service was very good, and dinner was nice. It’s a great hotel in Puglia, near Ostuni’s whitewashed old town. I’d visit again.

We arrived late in the afternoon at Hotel Masseria Marziale, which was a lovely, quiet place to stay before our early flight home. It’s also very convenient for the airport. Not long after checking in, I started feeling sick from something I’d eaten for lunch before we travelled to Brindisi. I was worried about managing my stomach upset and nausea before the long journey the next day, so I went to reception to ask if they had any medicine. Antonella said they didn’t have any on hand, but she told the owner, who was at the hotel. The owner called her husband, a Doctor, for advice, then passed his recommendations on to me. I’d planned to take a taxi to a nearby pharmacy, but Antonella offered to drive my friend and me there in her own car. At the pharmacy, she helped by speaking with the Pharmacist and making sure I got exactly what I needed. Back at the hotel, they gave me two liters of water and offered food or anything else that might help. I was feeling better by morning, and the Night Manager drove us to the airport. This was such a caring response and amazing customer service. I’m grateful to Antonella and the Hotel Management for their warm hospitality and kindness. If you travel to Brindisi, I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Masseria Marziale. The Management and Staff treated us like friends and family.
