Masseria Baroni Nuovi

The property is gorgeous, peaceful, and beautifully kept, the sort of place that stays with you after you leave. Serena arranged reservations for my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and our new grandbaby for a destination wedding, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. What really stood out happened after checkout. My wife had left her phone behind, and Serena messaged us on WhatsApp with a photo so we could confirm it was ours. She even filmed herself wrapping and packing it carefully for DHL. Communication was quick and clear, and she handled the whole thing with real care and no hassle. That kind of follow-through and integrity is rare. Mino, the restaurant manager, deserves a mention too. My son-in-law thought he was “just awesome” and wished he could have joined us for the whole trip. Mino personally took them to nearby places of interest, shared local tips, and made sure they got to experience the best of Brindisi. He was practically their tour guide, and he and Serena both went above and beyond. Huge thanks to them and the whole team for looking after our family. I'd give Masseria Baroni Nuovi 10 stars if I could, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Brindisi area. We'll be back, grazie mille!

We stayed in two rooms over our six nights at the Masseria before a wedding. Both were comfortable and spacious, even with the cot. It was our first holiday with our 7-month-old, and the staff took such good care of us. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool's depth and temperature were just right. It was especially welcome in the 36°C heat. The food was delicious and good quality, though I'd have liked more vegetables on the menu. It's not an especially walkable area, so hiring a car at the airport is a good idea. With one, you can reach Puglia's attractions in under an hour.

The Masseria was a cozy, well-kept place for our two-week stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Antonio especially deserves a mention, nothing is too much for him. Our room was spacious, and the food was fresh from the land, varied, and very nice, though a bit more expensive than in town. There are plenty of things to see and do within an hour and a half's drive.

The grounds were so peaceful, and we really enjoyed our six nights there. Breakfast was great, and we liked the restaurant enough to have dinner twice. A big thank you from Canada!
