Hotel Orientale

The rooms feel less inviting and more dated than the lobby, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in the old town, two blocks from the port and close to restaurants and cafes. The reception staff were excellent, especially Fien and Andrea, who gave us helpful suggestions for places to eat and good advice in general.

We loved our holiday and are grateful to the Orientale for the service. The hotel is well placed in the heart of Brindisi, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff really make the place. Tony and Stefana run breakfast in such a charming, welcoming way, while Andrea and Federica at the front desk were always attentive and welcoming. A special thanks to Fien, whose informative and inspiring suggestions helped us fully enjoy the Puglia countryside.

I keep coming back here when I visit Brindisi. Restaurants, shops, and other things you need are only steps away in the heart of the city. I always travel around the area by car, so the private parking is what makes this my first choice. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful, breakfast is nice and served in a comfortable, pleasant room, and the prices are very good.

The room was big enough, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready with information or advice. The hotel is in the centre of Brindisi, just a few steps from centro storico and lungomare. One thing for the hotel management to consider: the TV in our room was small and outdated. A good hotel like this deserves a larger, newer TV, with more EU channels available.
